Returns are only accepted on an individual basis. If they are excepted, shipping of the return may be customer responsibility.

 

Refunds will be given if product was damaged as a result of fault from Exodus Travel Ministries. If damaged in transit, you must file a claim with USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex whichever shipping company was used.
